The prices in the table are estimates. The final price depends on the complexity of the furniture and the amount of work involved. For several items, we will provide a combined quote.
You can choose an hourly rate or agree on a fixed price before work begins.
The minimum charge per order is €90. Your quote will specify travel charges, the distance charged for, and any costs for wall mounting and packaging removal.
Frequently asked questions
How can I get an accurate quote?
Send us a product link or model name, the number of items, the location and your preferred date. Photos also help us assess the assembly of previously used furniture. We will use this information to confirm the scope and price.
Do I pay by the hour or for the whole job?
Both options are available. Our hourly rate is €45, with a minimum charge of €90 per order. If the scope is clear in advance, we can agree on a fixed price. We will confirm the pricing method before work begins.
Do you work outside Tallinn?
Yes, we work in Tallinn and Harju County. Travel outside Tallinn costs €1/km. We will specify the distance charged for and the travel fee in your quote, so you know the total cost before work starts.
What types of furniture do you assemble?
We assemble home, office and garden furniture from various manufacturers, including IKEA. Wardrobes, storage systems, beds, chests of drawers, tables and shelving — send us the model or a link and we will assess the job.
Are levelling and door adjustment included?
Yes. Assembly includes levelling the furniture and adjusting doors and drawers as appropriate for its design. Before starting, we will confirm any wall-fixing requirements, the suitability of the wall and the fixings needed, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Can you remove packaging and assembly waste?
Packaging and assembly waste can be removed by arrangement. Mention this in your enquiry so we can include the amount and cost in your quote.
When can the work be done?
We will arrange a suitable time based on the size of the job and our fitter’s schedule. Include your preferred date in your enquiry. Large wardrobes, wall units or furniture for several rooms may take more than one day to assemble.
What should I prepare before the fitter arrives?
Clear enough space to work and protect any delicate items nearby. Make sure all packages, parts and instructions are available. Let us know in advance about access, parking or anything else that may affect the job.
